Trauma can leave us feeling stuck in moments that we just can’t move past, no matter how much time goes by. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is one of the tools I use to help clients process trauma in a safe and structured way. Whether it’s painful memories, panic, grief, phobias, or stress that won’t let up, EMDR allows us to target those difficult experiences without having to rehash every detail. Together, we can work to shift how these memories live in your body and mind so that you’re no longer held back by them.
You don’t have to keep reliving the past or struggling in silence. EMDR is not a quick fix, but it’s a deeply empowering process that can truly change the way you relate to your experiences. If you’ve felt like talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough, this may be the approach that helps you move forward. 55-minute sessions are $145; extended 75-minute sessions are $185.
