Every therapist is unique, and it’s important for you to feel confident in your decision when choosing the right fit for you. Have you ever felt as though someone didn’t really understand you and seemed impatient or annoyed by your concerns? I have, and it was a horrible feeling!
I try to be the type of therapist ...
As a licensed therapist, I offer online therapy, EMDR, anxiety counseling, immigration psychological evaluations, and support for life transitions and emerging adults. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth to help you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.
I strive to be the kind of therapist I would want to meet—someone who truly listens, sees, and values you. My clients often share that they feel deeply understood and safe, which allows for real connection, healing, and lasting transformation.
With over 17 years in therapeutic settings and dual graduate degrees in Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I’ve worked in schools, homes, and online. My journey led me to create a fully virtual private practice to reach and support more people.
I have always enjoyed people and learning about how we think and behave. Throughout my life, I have had others share that they felt completely at ease with me and were comfortable opening up and discussing their private issues and concerns.
I operate from a stance of inclusion and acceptance. I strive for my therapeutic setting to be a non-judgmental safe-haven for you. I want to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself now and where you are headed in life. I offer empathy and foster empowerment. All persons will be treated with dignity and respect.
My values as a mental health professional include promoting and contributing to the welfare of my clients and a commitment to do no harm. Additionally, I will work in the best interests of my clients and I will advocate and support my clients at any level possible. Most importantly, I will adhere to the ethical and legal requirements of my profession.
